Having your engine bay free of debris dirt and dust eliminates any possibility of wear damage. Kyle will be using hydrophobic anti static chemicals within the engine bay to ensure no future wear or rusting is possible. Engine bay detailing is a process that is completely safe even with water when taking all the tedious precautions such as disconnecting the battery and covering the alternator shaft and spark plugs (usually only needed for older cars that have no built in covering) to ensure no water damage. This process has been done for decades in the car industry world for all cars even up to the most expensive intricate v12 engine cars in the world like bugatti, ferrari, Koenigsegg, and lamborghini.
